This section of road has got to be one of the worst in the country. At any given time day or night u can find multiple cops out on this stretch of highway. You have the small towns along I45 who cops are out. You have the Galveston County cops who are out and you have the State Troopers who are out.

Police set up on southbound access road just north of Fairmont Pkwy past bridge. They do not give warnings!
