State trooper flip flops back and forth between north and south bound traffic. There are SEVERAL posted ‘work zones’ with NO visible work being done. Note: fines are doubled in work zones! There is, however, road work going on when leaving Memphis city limits. The speed limit increases as you are driving out of town. There is ONE, and I repeat, ONE speed limit sign stating 70 mph with a black sign underneath stating 65 at night. If, by chance, a truck was blocking that ONE sign, you are doomed. I was clocked at 77 mph, even though I had my cruise set at 72. I was still legally speeding, but others were passing me up! The fines significantly increase for every few miles over! We watched trooper hand out 5 tickets in 30 minutes! watch the flip flop action :)(yes, we actually watched him, and his demeanor is in need of a tune up)
