Davis Blvd and Blvd 26

North Richland Hills, TexasJul 30, 20130 Comments

It is a speed trap between red lights on Davis and Blvd 26. The traffic was congested due to construction and I followed another car with a green light and was told I passed a red light. I’ve seen a number of drivers get a ticket
in the congested traffic for this intersection. It’s a speed trap and the green light is not long enough for congested traffic during busiest hours of the day.
This area is definitely a money maker for the city.

5500 Davis Blvd at Maplewood & Birchwood on April 1

Between traffic light turning onto 5100 Davis to 5700 Davis, a few hundred feet. Was trying to move to slower space in center lane and accelerated from a stop to 50.000999 mph in a 40 mile zone. I do not use my phone, don’t eat in the car, don’t put makeup on, don’t tear up the streets, etc. In the future I will go 5-10 miles below speed limit and hold up traffic, pay attention its me. Will no longer do business in NRH.

I only get tickets in North Richland Hills. Previous tickets, GPS shows their speed is higher than the GPS and the last one I got I waited until the policeman filled out the ticket and then asked to see the radar and the ticket was higher than the radar.

7300 Mid Cities Boulevard

Cop hides on side street as you head West on Mid Cities Boulevard. You won’t know he’s there until you are right up on him. 35 miles speed limit in that area even though street conditions and width should allow a higher limit of at least 40 mph.
