The patrol vehicles are normally sitting in the median area beyond the curve so that it is very difficult to see them when traveling across the bridge. This is an area that is highly watched. The Rowlett Police like to park near the corner on Commodore facing Dalrock Rd and often will get out on foot and aim the radar or laser gun at the traffic heading South on Dalrock towards I30. Their favorite time of day seems to be the morning and especially Sunday mornings.
