Leaving Panguitch, and heading south on Hwy. 89, I received a speeding ticket doing 75MPH in a 65 zone. I stayed in Panguitch for 2 nights, and observed this officer (who, in my opinion, couldn’t fight real crime if his life depended on it), on several occasions having a field day writing speeding citations to (I believe) Tourists within and outside the city limits of Panguitch. TOURISTS (to Bryce Canyon) BEWARE!, you are PREY to this officer.
