Willard, Utah Speed Traps

The whole highway 89 as you enter willard from either direction is a speed trap, they like to capitalize on the 55 to 45 mph change.

When headed north through the city of Willard on hwy 89, there is a old police car on the west side of the highway. This vehicle is occupied by a dummy officer which gives the false impression that you are not being radared. However a few hundred yards up the road there is a real police officer there to radar you just as you thought you were in the clear.
