I-91, Construction Zone South of Exit 1
Watch the construction zone. It’s not an unfair trap, but just know that it is a dangerous area for both driving and tickets. Be safe though here.

It was a Friday evening around 6 PM (8/4/06), and VT State Police were all over the place, in the medians and on the shoulder. Heading south on I-91, a trooper said he clocked me going 78 MPH (downhill) in a 65 MPH zone.
Fortunately, after this, he said "its no big deal." After a quick running of my license, and a brief questioning if I had any "contraband," I was let off with a written warning. The trooper was very nice, and IMMEDIATELY after stopping me, he was pulling someone else over.
I was using a Rader/Laser detector (BEL 910), and it went off, but not with a ton of notice. They were either using laser, or Pulse mode radar.
People were stopped all along the last few miles of I-91 in VT, and I also saw a few staties after crossing into Mass.
Be careful, I wouldn’t go above 70, and watch the hills :)I was stopped a couple of minutes after being clocked, he kinda showed up outta nowhere, so watch out!
