Randolph, Vermont Speed Traps
State Highway Rte 66 near Coming south from I 89 / Exit 4. Speed changes from 50 to 40 to 25 mph as you go into town
Traveling south, police cars monitor from golf course area into town to fire department. At this point 66 has ended and 12 N and S and 12A begin. Police cars are not particularly well concealed.

Town police or county sheriff wait in hospital driveway for unsuspecting drivers who don’t make the transition from 50mph (posted 40) to 25mph for "residential area."
Interstate 89 near Exit Number 4
Police use U turn road immediately to the south of Exit 4 to monitor both north and south traffic. Police cars are frequently well concealed and very hard to spot. Always maintain speed limit in this area!
State Route 66 near Hospital
Randolph Police enjoy sitting in the parkinglot of Gifford Medical Center. If you are traveling into Randolph from Bethel via RT66, heed to the speed limit signs as you enter this area.

Right after heading down the big hill towards Randolph, the speed limit goes from 50 (or 40) to 25 before the small bridge. The dentist’s office has a good view of this speed change and cops like to sit in the parking lot and catch people who don’t slow down.
