Saint Albans, Vermont Speed Traps
State Police sit under overpass between Exits 19 and 20 primarily catching north bound traffic. Well hidden by bridge and guardrails.
About two miles past Exit 19 on I-89 North, there is an underpass. The State Troopers hide underneath there. It’s impossible to see them until you’re literally right on top of them (they’ve had you locked on for at least a mile). There is one trooper that is there all the time. Don’t mess with him. He’s tough, but fair.
