Coming into the Town of Culpeper, they sit in the drive of Hillrup Moving, speed limit goes from 35 to 25 mph. You see the sign for 25MPH but by that time you are getting ready to be pulled over, going out of town they sit at the culpeper concrete lot.

four lane divided highway, wide division in road, lots of trees, perfect parking spot to hide. once you see him its too late. in between caution lights at rt 666 and rt 3 exit. beware you really never know when he is sitting there but almost always in the morning. the area really stinks. i mean for real. sewage runoff near area. when you smell it you better drive 55mph no more than 60
