Motorcycle cop that is off his bike (bike is hidden around the building). He stands in the bushes with the radar gun then tells traffic to pull over by walking out on the road. He profiles for sports cars.25MPH zone. The officer is "not" visible in any way until he steps out to tell you to pull over.

The trap is located a few blocks down Old Courthouse from Gosnell Rd. on a extra wide section of the road. Speed is posted at 25 but average safe speed is 35 – 40 mph. Vienna police park on curb behind another car or with trunk open. They are famous for revenue raising traps rather than real police work.

Vienna police sit on the side road at the bottom of the hill where the speed limit changes from 35 to 25. This is a divided 4 lane road and the speed limit here is unreasonable. The trap is located on 123 just after you leave Tysons Corner.
