3:28 PM – Henrico County cruiser on the shoulder of the road, just as we came off the exit from 295 West – looke like he was running radar.

9:20 PM 9/4/10 – Henrico County cruiser pulled into the median right where West End Drive splits. The cruiser was facing south, possibly running radar.

Henrico County marked cruiser – facing north on the east side of the road. They were pulled up over the curb hiding in the overhang from the trees – looks like they were running radar on cars that were headed south.

Henrico County police hide in the entrance to the Hungary Creek Recreation Association (9194 Hungary Road).

Warren Road between Staples Mill Road and Mountain Road is constantly used as a radar trap. This is a 25mph speed limit in a residential area. Police use motorcycle and patrol cars and hide on side streets and behind trees.
