With the increased traffic due to the new Sentara Hampton Careplex Hospital at the end of the 2 mile long street, the Police are hot and heavy on this road. The cops hide behind other parked cars that line the street and snag you as you pull up to the hospital. They snagged me doing 39 in the 35mph zone.
