Herndon, Virginia Speed Traps

State Trooper on right side of road, hiding just after the ramp from the new Herndon metro station. The jersey wall juts out to the right, leaving a little pocket for them to hide in. You won’t see him until you pass him. Then, it’s too late.

It’s a short road, so there’s really no reason to speed down it. Usually found near the Worldgate Shopping center, but can appear on any part of the road. Be careful!!!

Several State Police officers regularly stand on foot at the toll booth before getting on Route 28 North to check for illegal radar detectors.
