South Stafford, Virginia Speed Traps

A Blue Dodge Charger sits at the corner of Dogwood and Brooke with his radar gun pointed at east bound traffic almost every morning for over a week now. The speed limit is 35 and he sits at the bottom of a hill. Just beyond him the limit increases to 40. This is a back country road that is winding but the speed limit is a little low for that road. It has definitely made me more conscience of the posted limits. Especially after a colleague was ticketed and fined over $250.00.
