North and south bound US1 just before the Thornburg light where it drops from 55 to 45. They are often just out of site as the speed changes and if your doing 60 as most of us do in a 55 well, your way too fast in a 45.

A marked County Sheriff’s cruiser will frequently sit between Lowe’s and Carmax in the driveways for future parking lots. Sometimes closer to US 1 near the intersection of Atlantic & Pacific Drives. Be prepared during any day of the week, far less often at night.

Speed is monitored the full length of the parkway.

Cops sit off to one side or another of Smith Station Rd at any time of the day just between Holleybrooke and Cobblestone subdivisions. Posted speed limit is 35, but not uncommon to have cars travel 55 or more, so be careful.
