Kitsap County Sheriff frequently sits in a partially blind area right at this inconspicuous corner. Heading south, the speed limit on Seabeck Hwy changes near here from 50 to 35 because it becomes more residential. Folks love to keep bombing through here and down Quarry Hill. Get caught and you’ll get a nice big fine!

State Highway 16 near Sedgwick Avenue

3 days a week – Watch the overpass at Sedgewick for the state trooper on top shooting laser from the top down. Occassionally it’s not a car and is a motorcycle cop but mostly a car. They stack waiting troopers and relay to cars waiting in the onramp to jump in behind you when your clocked.

Funniest part is he waves to me most of the time as I pass under because my 2007 Charger is is carbon copy of their "unmarked stalker cars" that patrols the area. Guess the best defense is to look just like they do!

They’re still no match for the BEL Sti, VEIL, and Blinder Xtreme M-45 Laser Jammer. Fun to watch them check there laser guns. Actually been pulled over for my jammer (legal in WA) and just smiled.
