Ther are two places the the police like to hide at,the first is, when turning onto Marine Drive from Kitsap Way, accross the street from the church daycare parking lot hiding back on a side street.This is the beginning of a SCHOOL ZONE and a 177.00 ticket.The second is on Rocky Point Rd. there is a fire station about 500 ft from where you leave Marine Drive and onto Rocky Point. The police are either in the parking lot of the station or on the side street accross from the station, again, this is also the beginning of a school zone, and another possible 177.00 ticket. (2 tickets 1/2 mile, not good). drive friendly.

During the rush hours from 6:30 A.M. 9:00 A.M. and again in the evening form 4:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. On both sides of highway 16 betweem miles 16-20 Slow down There is a curve around 18 heading north that they like.

Police Cars or motorcycles will sit on the north bound side of Cherry Avenue or Spruce Street and ‘shoot’ up hill. Difficult to achieve posted speed as hill has a 12-13% slope.
