Hwy 7 just south of Tanwax Golf course
There are two turn-outs just south of the Tanwax Golf Course on the west side of Mountain Hwy. You cannot see them until you are almost on them. Officers in unmarked vehicles like to wait there for speeders to zip by.
State Route 161 near Orville Road
On the right side going south on SR 161 just after Orville Rd is a pull over where the cops hide. It’s all over grown with blackberry bushes so it’s hard to see them until you pass them. They can get the people from both directions from this spot.

Center Street near Berggren Lane
Speed limit is 25mph coming up the hill heading out of town. Cops will sit by or just after Berggren Lane N and catch the people coming out of the hills or trying to make it up the steep hill.
Center Street near State Highway 161
This wide road is on the outskirts of town, and is a cutoff from the highway to Mount Rainier National Park. Drivers generally accelerate to rural highway speeds as they leave town; Cop is waiting in a blind driveway with a radar gun. Welcome, tourists! The Chamber of Commerce should be ashamed.
400 Block of Center St, Eastbound 100 yards from city limits
Hiding on north side of road just before city limits. 25 mph zone out of town.
