Hwy 7 just south of Tanwax Golf course

Eatonville, WashingtonMar 27, 20100 Comments

There are two turn-outs just south of the Tanwax Golf Course on the west side of Mountain Hwy. You cannot see them until you are almost on them. Officers in unmarked vehicles like to wait there for speeders to zip by.

State Route 161 near Orville Road

Eatonville, WashingtonFeb 07, 20081 Comments

On the right side going south on SR 161 just after Orville Rd is a pull over where the cops hide. It’s all over grown with blackberry bushes so it’s hard to see them until you pass them. They can get the people from both directions from this spot.

Center Street near State Highway 161

Eatonville, WashingtonJul 12, 20040 Comments

This wide road is on the outskirts of town, and is a cutoff from the highway to Mount Rainier National Park. Drivers generally accelerate to rural highway speeds as they leave town; Cop is waiting in a blind driveway with a radar gun. Welcome, tourists! The Chamber of Commerce should be ashamed.
