Usually at the base of the hill northbound just after Thrall Rd. exit, about 1 mile before the I-90 intersection. Very prevelant at night, esp. with light traffic.

Eighth Street near Pedestrian Crossing
College area pedestrian crossing. "Plants" have been used in the past to bait drivers in the area. The kids crossing the streets have no fear of stepping out even against the lights. The zone is 20 mph and is patrolled by college, city, and county cops. In fact, as Eburg grows, and is the police "hub" of Kittitas County, there are probably more city, state, county, and university enforcement agents there than anywhere I’ve seen.
Interstate 90 near Elk Heights Road
Anywhere along Interstate 90 between Cle Elum and Ellensburg the State Patrol sit under and on top of overpasses, along frontage roads and any where else they can to conceal themselves. They do their most aggresive monitoring on weekends, starting on Fridays thoughout the spring and summer months.
