Everett PD park off the road and use lazer to catch drivers going west bound on 41st from I-5. They are standing on the side of the road. The speed limit is 30 mph and are the police are kept very busy during their shift.

Colby Avenue near Pacific Avenue

Traveling North on Colby, two lanes merge to one a block or so before Pacific.Officer stands on side of the road by Solie Funeral Home. If you have to speed up to merge he’s right there to catch you. I was told I should have just stopped in the middle of the road if nobody let me in.

19th Avenue near State Route 527

Officer stands @ 12400 19th Ave SE Everett WA 98208, and clocks people going North. He claims people are drving between 47-50 miles per hour in a 35 mph speed zone. Engineers from the City of Everett claim that in the 85% percentile, drivers are doing 40-45 miles per hour. This is a speed trap and is illegal in the State of WA! Officer stands and aims his Laser gun and hits a victim every time!

19th Avenue near State Highway Bothell Everett

Everett, WashingtonMay 27, 20080 Comments

The speed limit goes from 45MPH to 35MPH just as you cross Bothell Everett Highway on 19th going toward Silver Lake. Police park off 19th Ave near Silver Lake on sides streets and walk to the corner with Radar gun in hand. As you approach, they flag you to turn off to the side street to ticket you. They are there almost daily, mostly between 10AM and 3PM but other times too. I live near here and see multiple cars pulled over daily. So beware if you are traveling on 19th, near Silver Lake in Everett.
