At the bottom of Veterans Dr when coming down the hill, there are sometimes a cop hidden behind the guardrail and some bushes to the left with a radar. It’s very easy to speed here due to speed limit being 45 combined with being a wide downhill that almost feels like a highway. Most often seen during daytime.

King County’s finest on motorcycle often site in driveways or off on shoulder and nail people just east of SE 164th. This is the bowl of a hill and they can get people coming downhill in either direction. Speed limit is a mere 40mph and people usually are going over 50 down these hills.

140th Ave SE & SE 240th St

Kent, WashingtonMay 10, 20110 Comments

Kent PD motorcycle officers like to sit in the driveway of a house here hidden by a fence. Be careful heading west on SE 240 St because as soon as you crest the hill the officer is looking right at you with his radar. At least 3 times a month they are setup at this location. Mostly 2:30p-3:30p when the local high school gets out.
