Kirkland, Washington Speed Traps

Patrol cars sit in side roads, either side of the road, around 140th Av intersection. Very hard to see at night (no street lights). I got hit late night (1:20 am Sat), but I’m told by someone who drives that road frequently, that they are often there, any time.
