Mullen between Carpenter and the railroad underpass.

Lacey, WashingtonApr 09, 20110 Comments

Just east of Carpenter on Mullen Road, heading toward the railroad underpass, there are several driveways with trees lining the street. Lacey Police will park the car further back into the driveway and stand out with the gun clocking drivers in either direction. They stand close to the trees so they are harder to see.
