Quincy, Washington Speed Traps
SR 28 & Wind Chute
The side of the road that the Columbia River is on there is a very small shed, in which there is a sand dune behind it. Travling toward Wenatchee the officer cannot be seen until you actually pass him and by then its too late. Traveling toward Quincy the officer can be seen from farther away it is mainly a speed trap for travelers heading toward Wenatchee.
State Route 28
In the general area noted above on the map, an officer will hide off to either side of the road and there is just a gravel/dirt parking litereally right off the side of the road and since it is hiding on a corner and slight hill, he cannot be seen that well.
State Route 28 & Central Ave S
Between Brotherton Seeds (two gray metal shed buldings) an officer will sit between these because he cannot be seen until almost the last moment from each direction radaring people. The speed zone in this area has been reduced in the last year from 55 mph to 35 mph.

A QPD officer has been spotted sitting on the west side of the Ace Hardware store (CENEX), back aways -about 30+ feet from HWY 28, monitoring traffic

Columbia Way and HWY 28: A Quincy Police Officer will sit on north side on the Columbia Basin Irrigation District’s canal road, the East side of the bridge, monitoring the morning traffic.
