East Lake Sammamish Parkway near State Highway Redmond-Falls City

Heading south from Redmond-Falls City Hwy on East Lake Sam Parkway you will round a curve where the city cop will have a radar gun pointed at you. Another officer will be ready to wave you aside to issue a nice ticket for exceeding the 35mph limit.

65th Street near 188th Avenue

This is a variation on the 185th/65th trap listing. Along 65th, as you pass the water tower on the right, you slope down a hill and the typical speed approaches 35-40mph. However, the limit is 25 and Redmond police have started to camp in two places along 65th – in the apartment complex to the right, and parallel-parked on the other side of 188th (in the Woodbridge housing development) directly facing oncoming traffic coming down the hill.

Now that the new flyover ramp from 202 west to 520 west has been completed, I would strongly suggest Avoiding the combo of 65th/185th to get to 520. The enforcement level along this stretch is ridiculously high.

Cop car is usually hiding in the building opposite the fire station at this intersection. Issues tickets for speeding on 185th and not stopping at the 65th Street intersection. Appears there about twice a week.
