i was slowing down from 58 mph to the posted 45 from 55 i was pulled over sited for 70 mph the time on the ticket was 315 pm i was in olympia wa 3hrs or so from there i believe that this is a travesty good folks check your tickets for time if u go to court plead not guilty u will have to go back by that time u will just pay they win
