Eighth ave starts at Dishman Mica and ends at Sullivan. In this stretch the speed limit starts at 35 at Dishman Mica changes to 25 mph at University then back to 35 mph from Pines to Sullivan. I have seen countless people pulled over in this area. They are usually in unmarked vehicles or motorcycles.

This is a detour route from Idaho border (Stateline) and police are expecting you to use this route as the freeway entrance is closed off. It is 35 MPH for several miles!
