Hastings Street near Mead High School

Spokane, WashingtonOct 04, 20050 Comments

Always a sheriff car sitting on side street across from Mead High School. He is hard to see so make sure your going 20 mph! School zone tickets can’t be reduced, and he really likes giving them out. I do understand that its where kids are, but when you get a ticket for 5 over well…

Argonne Road near Bigelow Gulch Road

Spokane, WashingtonAug 26, 20051 Comments

Driving from Bigelow Gulch to North Foothills, the downhill speed changes suddenly (and inexplicably) from 50 to 35. At that spot, there is a cop waiting AT LEAST every other day.

You WILL get a ticket there if you drive it even infrequerntly

Country Homes Boulevard near Ash/Maple Street

Spokane, WashingtonMay 15, 20050 Comments

Right where Country Homes turns into Ash and Maple, theres usually a cop sitting in one of the parking lots around that Y. What makes this really bad is when youre heading south, youve just been on a stretch of about 1.5 miles of one lane traffic and since its 30 mph, and usually someone has to go 5 miles under "just to be safe" you want to fly around them when it turns to 2 lanes. DON’T! Thats how they catch you, when youre passing some slow driver going 25. I go 30 from Wall all the way to Francis just to be safe.
