Unmarked WA State Patrol White Volvo station wagon with regular WA license plates. Vehicle operates as part of WSP’s "aggressive driving" unit. Vehicle has extra antennae with interior light bar along lower portion of back window. Have noticed it during various times of day, but do not know if it operates in the evening.

Parked on the shoulder of the freeway below the crest of the hill. They can get your speed when you reach the crest of the hill, right after you pass over 6th St.
