Handley, West Virginia Speed Traps

Coming in to town from the west end the speed drops from 55 to 45 with much warning. But don’t blink because if you do you will miss the drop to 35 where the cop is waiting to catch you. I blinked. If you do blink be sure you are a local or something. Becuase he was letting someone go at the other end of town right after giving us a tickets.

Patrol car usually downhill in an empty lot near rail road. road is very narrow and u can be ticketed if u drive on yellow line. If late at night, u can get a ticket even if driving lower than the speed limit of 35.
