Tavern Road near Warm Springs Road
Between the RR tracks/Ball Field and Warm Springs. The police sit in Miller Electric parking lot and watch for people not obeying the 25 mph sign. This sign is not easy to see and actually should be a 35 MPH section.

Wilson Street
Martinsburg City Police Set Up Radar Facing Both East And West on Wilson Street. They Set In Porterfields Car Wash Behind the Sign At The Entrance. Enforcement Times Vary but Usual Times Are 5-7 AM and 7-10 PM, But They Can Be Seen There Other Times Through The Day. Speed Limit is 25 MPH By The Time You See Them They Already Have You.
West King Street near Red Hill Road
City police typically sit at the bottom of the King Street. They are looking for those people coming from I-81 to downtown. It is impossible to maintain the 25 MPH speed limit without riding your brakes.
State Highway Rt. 9 – Hedgesville Road near Welltown Road
State police use Northeasten Plumbing Supply parking lot early in the morning. 4:00-6:00 am.
