Milton, West VirginiaSep 16, 20220 Comments

This town has multiple cars on both ends of their city limits that I-64 runs thru about 2 miles they will stop and cite you for anything going 4 miles of speed limit to not using a single to change lanes, and at off ramp will cite you for not stopping if your tire touches the white line even if you do stop, the town judge rubber stamps all fines no use of challenging the citation remember I-64 east and west bound lanes

Near-continuous pulling over, taxation by citation, unfair speed trap practices, borderline illegal stops.

Milton, West VirginiaJun 13, 20140 Comments

Officers are on I 64 East or West bound as you enter town limits. They sit in the median. There are two median turnarounds, about a mile apart. Sometimes, officers will be in both of them. On Rt. 60, they usually hide about 1/4 mile on the right as you enter town.

Route 60 West going in to Milton

The Cop sits there and targets nurses on their way to work in the morning and brags about it. I guess they can’t make any money from drug-dealers and all the meth-head-users that won’t work.

Route 60 eastbound going into Milton

Milton, West VirginiaSep 01, 20110 Comments

Local police wait near the area where the speed limit drops from 55 to 40, going into Milton, westbound on Route 60, across the small bridge. They will ticket you for going only 2 miles over the speed limit. Also, be sure to be going less than 40 by the time you get to the speed limit sign, because they will radar your speed as soon as you enter the 40 zone.
