West Virginia State Trooper was observed 12/28/2003 sitting on the right shoulder of US19 South, monitoring Southbound traffic. He was approximately 9 miles North of Summersville, monitoring the 65 mph highway stretch before you even get close to Summersville. He was using K band radar.
