Nitro police cruiser backs into the driveway of a resident at the point where the speed limit changed from 35 MPH to 25 MPH.

Rt. 25
Nitro City Police monitor Rt. 25 in Nitro very hard, especially at night time. They seem to target out of state plates more than in-state plates. Speed limit drops to 25mph, which seems well below what it should be.
