Oak Hill, West Virginia Speed Traps

Officer sits on top of road and targets out of state plates. This is a one officer location but the numbers are skewed and erroeous as to your speed, apparently clock anyone and claim it was the out of state vehicle knowing you can’t return to fight it. This area is close to SUmmersville who does the same thing yet beg for toursim dollars.

First off I am a speeder won’t lie there. I have driven over 150,000 miles in the last 3 years. In that time I have gotten 4 speeding tickets. One in Pennslyvania. One in North Carolina, and two in West Virginia. Of the 150,000 miles maybe 5,000 of it was in WV, what a bad average.lol I have never seen a road like Rt 19 it is sick. The only way the cops keep their job is writing tickets. I have come to the conclusion that when I go home. I’ll fly and pass this place by air.(you should see what wv looks like from the air. If I must drive It will be through virginia. Sure it will take longer but I’m not ging via interstate 79 I don’t even want to be in there state. We need to fight this.
