Philippi, West Virginia Speed Traps

he catches you just as you are coming over the hill coming into the town of philippi. i was going there to see the covered bridge on a sunday morning. the bridge is pure ugly. nothing to go see anyway. i was going the speed limit. give or take a mile to two. it is nothing but a speed trap and i would tell anybody to never set foot in that town!
