The officer sits on the overpass on Newbery St shooting down at the northbound traffic on 441. He then calls it into an officer sitting just north on 441 to pull you over.

SUV sits under the North 441 overpass or just to either side of it, some times there are two units there, they can be facing either way west or east.

Spencer Street near US Highway 41
Police usually sit in the vacant parking lot right under the bridge on the east side of Hwy 41 just out of sight when driving east bound. It’s 25 MPH there and they enforce it since it’s right near the elementary school. I’ve seen them there an any time of day.
Kensington Drive near Calumet Street
A police officer sits behind the bushes/trees of the Target parking lot across from Derks Park.
Meade Street near Thrivent Building
Appleton Police typically sitting either at the Thrivent Printing driveway(illegal?) across from evergreen drive, shooting south as you drive over the meade street bridge(over 41), or farther north on meade street shooting in both directions. Usually in the morning catching students going to school, and also after work (3pm and later). Posted limits are a bit low for this type of road
