Beware when traveling east or west on Bluemound rd between Calhoun and Barker rd. Brookfield police and Town of Brookfield watch this closely. I see police with speeders pulled over daily. A great revenue generator for the city!
Brookfield Road between North Ave & Bluemound
Actually Town of Brookfield, base of hill, Shires subdivision. Top of hill is 35, base is 30, VERY easy to hit 50 plus going downhill. Entire in-law family has been caught at least once.
Elm Grove Rd. between Greenfield ave. and Watertown Plank rd
Speed limit is 25 MPH all the way. Usually see squad sitting at kinsey park on west side of Elm grove rd. Also, at times squad will post on side of road where Elm grove rd. goes over freeway. The whole village of Elm Grove is a speed trap, the speed limit is 25 MPH and they enforce it strictly.

Springdale Road between Capitol Dr and Bluemound
A cop will sit midway down this road picking off unsuspecting drivers. It’s a straight, country road with a poorly marked 35 mph limit. Doing 45 here, which is typical & safe for this type of road, will get you a ticket.
