Evansville, Wisconsin Speed Traps

Territorial Road is a country road bypassing 14 in around downtown Evansville.
Recently (mid Oct), they changed the speed limit down to 35mph.
State troopers stopping anyone who’s over limit. It’s marked with flags that you can see easy during the day, but they are not so visible during the night if you are paying attention to keep on the narrow road..
In WI, it’s a $175 fine.
