Highway 73 North end of the bridge on south side of town.
As you enter town north bound, the speed drops from 55 down to 45 with a down hill grade just before the bridge. Then drops to a speed of 30 just after you cross the short bridge. Police are usually parked facing north,off on the left hand side in a public drive, but will sometimes be on the right near the car wash.
