Kenosha, Wisconsin Speed Traps
Interstate 94 near State Highway 11
Both Kenosha and Racine County Sheriff and State Patrol highly enforce these 2 counties at various times of day. The "some enforcement" level category needs to be ammended to reflect the intense and unrealistic amount and tactics used in this area. I commute this stretch frequently and it looks like shooting fish in a barrel! Be Very careful, especially at prime-time and 10 over is a ticket!

30th Avenue near 14th Street
On 30th Ave. From State Route E and State Route A. UW parkside police are very heavy in this area. They sit in the turn about lane or at the UW water company. With radars. I’m not sure but I heard that they could not ticket regular drivers only students. But I have known people who have gotten tickets from them, not students.
West 60th Street near Mahone Middle School
A squad car usually parks on Mahone Middle School property and uses radar to stop people going in either direction. I have been stopped once, late in the evening, but often see the squad car there at any hour.
West 60th Street near Indian Trail Academy
Squad cars regularly park on the school grounds of Indian Trail Academy and ticket vehicles going both east and west.
Interstate 94 near IL/WI border
Wisconsin police populate the first five miles into the state heavily looking for Illinois drivers heading NB on I94.
