Intersection of Cold Spring Rd. and American Dr.

Near the train tracks, cop will sit very sneakily in dark driveway of old torn-down house. Will watch for rolling stops and speeders on Cold Spring. You cannot see him at all and I personally have gotten a ticket for rolling a stop. Sometimes, cop hides behind the pocket of trees on American Drive also, have seen many cops patrol this area, after using this intersection so often.

So. Park between Wisconsin and Bell Streets. There are 3 spots for traps. 1st is in the parking lot of the city swimming pool. Next, is a stretch just south of the Lutheran Church. The police just sit on the corner and wait for you to come around the bend. 3rd is by the power station, near the corner of So. Park and Bell St.

Round About

Tullar Road near the High School

I’ve seen cops sitting in the high school parking lot, particularly in the day when school is in session, and run radar out to the street. When kids are out, it’s obviously no more than 25 miles an hour…better go less! Also watch the church lot across the street nearby. I’ve seen them sit in there too!

City Neenah PD, They sit in the used car lot on NW corner of the intersection, and blend in, (recently out of busisness though) but still some used cars remain, recently they have taken up residence in the U-haul / Auto repair lot due east so the NE corner of the intersection too, they can pick you off both ways and you cannot see them as the road curves coming from the city heading toward US Highway 41, with about a 30 degree blind angle, the highway is 7 blocks due west, the speed limit is 25 or 30 depending if you are heading N / S on N Lake 25 MPH or E / W 30 MPH on Main. I live on Main thus when late night speeders zip through the intersection they usally get stopped 2 – 3 blocks away right in front of my house on opposite side of the street it is usually drivers traveling West towards Green Bay Road / US 41. Another area lately is on HWY 114 (Winneconne Ave.) coming off of HWY 41 into the city heading west, they sit just past the S. Green Bay Road intersection on the right hand or left hand side, in the Enterprise Rental car lot, this is the South side of HWY 114, it is a great location especially for their unmarked cars, as hey just blend in, again it is where the road angles, and they are hard to spot, on the opposite side or the north side of the street they sit back in the shadows in the True Value Hardware parking lot, but not as often as there is not much cover late at night.
