State Highway 51 near US Highway 51
On the North end of town the speed limit changes from 35 to 55. They sit on the side of the road (west side of road just North of Piggly Wiggly) behind some bushes, and catch people at the Exact point of speed change.

Officer sits facing south on US 51 a few feet from the 35 mph speed limit sign on the north side of town mainly late afternoon, early evening.
US Highway 60 near County Trunk Q and CS
As one is heading east on Q, just prior to entering the Poynette City limits, police sit on the back side of the hill just before the CS and Q intersection or they sit on county highway CS waiting for people to "roll" the stop sign at that intersection. Have seen way too many people stopped there to be a coindidence.
County Trunk CS & Q near US Highway 51
The speed limit is 25 mph with only one house and a resturant at the 51 and CS intersection. The police sit off the side of the road, in my case in the dark with no lights on and wait. The road is going out of town with no reason to be 25 mph. We have other residential streets with 8 – 10 houses and the speed limit is 35 mph. This road is less a residential street than alot of other streets. They make alot of money here.
