Just east of the wal mart parking lot there is vacant land.
In the vacant space between Wal-Mart and the Log building, they will line up 5 -6 police cars and nab people one after another. Posted Speed is 45, and too many people are doing 60 mph. If you are going with the flow, you risk a $200 ticket.

US Highway 8 near St. Croix River Bridge
Westbound Highway 8 runs steeply downhill from the Wal Mart/McDonald’s stoplight to the St. Croix River bridge as the speed limit drops from 45 to 25. The police are aggressive, especially on weekends, and have lots of hiding places.
