State Highway 10 West near Bridge
Speed limit is 25mph. As you go over the Hwy 10 bridge going west local police are on the left side and you can’t see them until you are on the downside of the bridge. It is too late. They are there daily and take No excuses. Sometimes they will face the other way getting people coming from the east. They are very well hidden and I see them ticketing on a daily basis. So slow down coming in Stevens Point from the East or leaving heading west.

Jefferson Street near Frontenac Street
During common shift changes at local industries, the police will monitor this area.
Division Street near Fourth Avenue
Heavy radar but courteous cops. Many stops but many warnings too.
Michigan Avenue near Bush Street
This area has a school crossing area. State law requires that children are waiting at the crosswalk before the 15 MPH zone can enforced. I received the citation when school had already started and the only people who were present was a crossing guard and the police officer; neither of which were in the crosswalk. Too bad the police are the only ones who are not familiar with the law.
