Casper, Wyoming Speed Traps

There is a church parking lot where a police car usually parks and is aimed toward McKinley Street.

Patrol cars are often located between the West side Wal-Mart and Poplar Drive. The speed limit in much of this area was recently decreased to 40 MPH and radar has been spotted frequently on both sides.

Watch out – it is a school zone – even on a Saturday – during the summer!

Almost daily a cop is all the way toward the South side of the Mike Cedar Park parking area across the street from the fire station.

Cop hides in entrance to alley on south side of 2nd St just before Forest Dr, if driving east (toward the mall).
Note: police now have two colors of cars: white, and a silvery-blue, both with the new thin MARS bars (light bars) on top which look like ski racks unless you’re up close.
