Normal two-lane highway speed is 65 mph. Shell has population of 80. Sign at edge of town lowers speed to 35, with no warning. By the time ou have slowed to 35, you are out of town, and followed (on a Sunday morning, no less) by local deputy sheriff ready to write ticket for out-of-state motorists headed to Yellowstone.
