Interstate 10 West near Highland Springs Road
Stop after exit of 10 West onto Highland Springs Road. No turn on red sign is hard to see! And you won’t see the hidden Banning Police officer either. He went to Charm School, very nice. But you’re busted! Do not turn on red by mistake, it’s very easy to do. Watch out — they are!I wasn’t the only victim.
